Objective: The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of inclusive education and its promotion strategies from the perspective of teachers in Zanjan. Method: This research was applied in terms of purpose and in terms of collecting data, was descriptive-survey and correlational research. The statistical population consisted of 95 students with special needs who were enrolled with other students in ordinary schools, and from them, using Morgan table, 78 people were randomly selected with Stratified sampling method based on the type of disability, and were studied their teachers' viewpoints regarding inclusive education. The data gathering tool was a questionnaire designed based on the goals of inclusive education and its validity was confirmed by experts and its overall reliability was 90%. Results: By analyzing the data through descriptive and inferential statistics, the findings showed that the degree of realization of the inclusive education goals in different fields were higher than the hypothesized mean. There were no significant correlation between the variables of the grade and level and the severity and type of disability, but the three variables of gender, the teachers' attitudes toward inclusive education and the role Interface teacher had a significant relationship with the realization of the goals of inclusive education, among them the teachers' attitude was also predictable. Conclusion: According to findings, inclusive education has been effective and strategies such as changing teachers' attitudes towards inclusive education, the use of interface teachers, providing compensatory education by teachers, decreasing the number of students in the classroom, and equipping schools with appropriate facilities can promote inclusive education.
