The efficiency of self-compassion on quality of life and happiness of children autism's mothers

Objective: the aim of this is research was to investigate the effects of self- compassion Happinesss, quality of life of children autism's mothers in Kashan, Iran. Method. The sample included 30 mothers of children with Autism (15in control group and 15 in experimental group) who were selected randomly through convenience sampling from among a population of 60 people. The experimental group was exposed to 8 sessions of group training, 90 minutes each, while the control group received no treatment. The efficiency of this experiment was investigated in pretest, post-test and follow-up phases. The participants were asked to answer Oxford's (2001) Happiness inventory and World Health organization questionnaireof Quality of life(1991). The gathered data were analyzed. Result: of data analysis showed that, self-compassion can increase, happiness and life quality of mothers of children with autism. Conclusion: of data analysis showed that, self-compassion can increase, happiness and life quality of mothers of children with autism. The results were consistent in the follow-up phase
