fa هم‌سنجی دو رویکرد درمانی تیچ و پاسخ‌ محور بر کنترل خشم و بهبود روابط‌ اجتماعی در کودکان مبتلا به اختلال طیف اوتیسم Comparison of Two Therapeutic Approaches, TEACCH and Response -Oriented, on Controlling Anger and Improving Social Relations in Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف مقایسه اثربخشی رویکرد روش درمانی تیچ و پاسخ‌محور بر کنترل خشم و بهبود روابط اجتماعی در کودکان مبتلا به اختلال طیف اوتیسم در شهرستان کامیاران انجام شد. روش: روش پژوهش از نوع طرح‌های مداخله‌ای به شیوه نیمه‌آزمایشی و از نوع طرح پیش‌آزمون- پس‌آزمون می‌باشد که نمونه‌ها با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب، و به‌صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و یک گروه گواه جایگزین شدند. جامعه آماری، کلیه کودکان اوتیسم ۵ تا ۱۴ ساله شهر کامیاران که در سال ۱۴۰۲-۱۴۰۱ به تعداد ۴۲ نفر می‌باشند که در مراکز توان‌بخشی و آموزشی شهر کامیاران که خدمات تخصصی دریافت می‌کردند،  که از این تعداد ۱۸ نفر دختر و ۲۴ نفر پسر بودند که به‌صورت تصادفی در هر سه گروه ۱۲ نفر قرار گرفتند. جهت جمع‌آوری داده‌ها پیش از مداخله و بعد از آن از سیاهه خشم نواکو (۱۹۸۶) و پرسشنامه مهارت‌های اجتماعی کودکان دچار اختلال‌های اوتیسم بیلینی و هوپف (۲۰۰۷) استفاده شد. برای مداخلات درمانی نیز از بسته آموزشی پاسخ‌محور کوگل (۱۳۹۲) که از روش‌های زبان طبیعی و رفتاردرمانی تحلیل کاربردی تلفیق شده و هدف اصلی آن رشد برخی از رفتارهای محوری است و نیز مداخلات روش درمانی آموزشی (تیچ) (۱۹۶۶) که باور بر این است که محیط زندگی کودک باید با او انطباق داده شود، نه اینکه کودک با محیط تطبیق داده شود، استفاده شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه ۲۱ و به روش تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیره تحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد بین سه گروه آزمایش و گواه در زمینه شاخص‌های خشم و مهارت اجتماعی تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد. به‌طوری روش‌های درمانی تیچ و پاسخ‌محور بر متغیرهای مورد بررسی تأثیرگذار بوده‌اند. همچنین بررسی تفاوت‌های زوجی بین هر سه گروه در خشم و مهارت ارتباطی تفاوت معناداری را نشان داد. علاوه بر این مقایسه بین دو روش درمانی تیچ و پاسخ‌محور، نشان داد، میانگین خشم کودکان اوتیسم در روش تیچ (۴۲/۱۲) کمتر از روش پاسخ‌محور (۶۴/۲۰) بوده و نیز در مهارت ارتباطی میانگین در روش درمانی تیچ (50/134) نسبت به روش درمانی پاسخ‌محور (21/132) بیشتر بوده و که نشان از مؤثرتر بودن روش درمانی تیچ دارد. نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌ نشان می‌دهد که روش‌های مداخله‌ای مبتنی بر آموزش مهارت به خود کودکان با والدین و مربیان می‌تواند به بهبود مهارت‌های زندگی از جمله روابط اجتماعی و کنترل خشم کمک کند. Objective: The present study aimed to compare the effectiveness of TEACCH method and response-oriented therapeutic approaches on anger control and social relationships improvement in children with autism spectrum disorder in city of Kamiyaran.  Method: This research employed a quasi-experimental design with a pre-test-post-test and control group framework. The participants were selected using convenience sampling method and were randomly placed in two experimental groups and one control group (12 participants in each group). The statistical population comprised all children with autism spectrum disorder aged 5 to 14 years in city of Kamiyaran, during the academic year 1401-1402, who were receiving specialized services at rehabilitation and educational centers of Kamiyaran (N=42, 18 girls and 24 boys). Data were collected before and after the intervention using Novaco Anger Inventory (1986), ) social skills questionnaire for children with autism disorders by Bellini and Hopf (2007 were used. For therapeutic interventions, Koegel's Response-Based Training package (2013), which integrates natural language methods and applied behavior analysis with the primary goal of developing core behavioral skills, was utilized. Additionally, the TEACCH method (1966), which emphasizes adapting the child's environment to the individual rather than forcing the child to adapt to the environment, was employed as intervention. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 21 and multivariate analysis of covariance. Results: The findings indicated significant differences among the three groups (two experimental and one control) in terms of anger and social skills indicators. Both TEACCH and response‑oriented treatment methods were found to be effective on the studied variables. Pairwise comparisons across all three groups revealed significant differences in anger and communication skills. Furthermore, the comparison between the two therapeutic approaches demonstrated that the mean anger score in the TEACCH group (M = 12.42) was lower than that in the response‑oriented group (M = 20.64), while the mean communication skills score in the TEACCH group (M = 134.50) was higher than that in the response‑oriented group (M = 132.21). These results indicate that the TEACCH method was more effective than the response‑oriented approach.
