fa کاربرد تکنولوژی کمکی در حوزه نارسایی‌های شدید و چندگانه: مطالعه بین‌رشته‌ای تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">هدف: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">پژوهش حاضر، مطالعه مروری نظام‌مند کاربرد تکنولوژی کمکی در حوزه نارسایی‌های شدید و چندگانه بود. <strong>روش</strong>: در این راستا با استفاده از کلیدواژه‌های تخصصی تکنولوژی‌ کمکی، تکنولوژی آموزشی و تکنولوژی یادگیری در حوزه نارسایی‌های چندگانه و شدید و جستجوی آنها در پایگاه‌های اطلاعات پژوهشی تخصصی ایران و جهان در بین سال‌های 1996-2019 یافته‌ها و اطلاعات مورد نظر برای دستیابی به هدف پژوهش واکاوی شد.</span></span> <strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">یافته‌ها</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">: از بین مقال</span></span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">ه‌های</span></span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> پژوهشی انتخاب‌شده، پژوهش‌های انجام‌شده در ارتباط با کاربرد تکنولوژی کمکی</span></span> <span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">در</span></span> <span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">اختلال‌های چندگانه از بیشترین فراوانی (با تعداد 33) برخوردار </span></span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">است و کاربرد تکنولوژی کمکی در آسیب ارتوپدی در اختلال نابینایی- ناشنوایی و در آسیب مغزی ناشی از ضربه به‌ترتیب 4، 2، و 1 بار مورد پژوهش قرار گرفته‌اند. </span></span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">همه پژوهش‌های انجام‌شده از نوع طرح‌های تک شرکت‌کننده محسوب می‌شوند. تکنولوژی‌های مبتنی بر میکروسوئیچ (با فراوانی 16) پرکاربردترین تکنولوژی کمکی برای استفاده افراد با نارسایی‌های چندگانه است. ترکیب برنامه‌های نرم‌افزاری و تکنولوژی میکروسوئیچ (با فراوانی 9)، برنامه‌های نرم‌افزاری (با فراوانی 7)، تکنولوژی‌های ارتباط اجتماعی (با فراوانی 6) و ترکیب تکنولوژی ارتباط اجتماعی و میکروسوئیچ (با فراوانی 2) به‌ترتیب در اولویت‌های بعدی قرار دارند. مراکز استثنایی یا توان‌بخشی پرکاربردترین موقعیت کارآموزی است که در 20 پژوهش (50 درصد) استفاده شده است. به‌علاوه، </span></span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">سنجش انفرادی شرکت‌کننده‌ها قبل از انتخاب تکنولوژی کمکی (در 37.50 درصد پژوهش‌ها)، مشارکت خانواده (در 80 درصد پژوهش‌ها) و پشتیبانی مداوم برای شرکت‌کننده‌ها (در 90 درصد پژوهش‌ها) مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. </span></span><strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">: همه پژوهش‌های انجام‌شده حکایت از اثربخشی مثبت تکنولوژی کمکی در </span></span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">نارسایی‌های چندگانه </span></span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">دارند. </span></span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">غالب پژوهش‌های شواهد- محور از تکنولوژی کمکی و تأثیر آن بر افراد با نارسایی‌های چندگانه حمایت می‌کنند، استفاده و کاربرد تکنولوژی کمکی</span></span> <span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">می‌تواند به افراد دارای نارسایی‌های چندگانه در ارتقای یادگیری تحصیلی، مهارت‌های اجتماعی و زندگی مستقلانه کمک کند. در ایران طراحی برنامه‌های تکنولوژی کمکی در حوزه نارسایی‌های چندگانه و ارزیابی اثربخشی آن بر این گروه از افراد ضروری است.</span></span> <strong>Objective:</strong> The current research aimed to study the application of assistive technology in sever and multiple disabilities area.<strong> Method:</strong> for this purpose, we used assistive technology related key words including: assistive technology, instructional technology, and learning technology in sever and multiple disabilities, and from web the Dada of Iran and World, between 1996-2019 was conducted in accordance with the research objectives to execute current study. <strong>Results:</strong> The results revealed that among selected research papers, the researches on the application of assistive technology in multiple disabilities have the highest frequency (33), and application of assistive technology in orthopedic impairments (17), deaf blindness disorder, and traumatic brain injury have been investigated 4, 2, and 1 times, respectively. All of the mentioned of researches have single-subject designs. micro switch technologies (with 16 frequencies) the most used for individuals with multiple disabilities. combination of software programs and micro switch technology (with 9 frequencies), software programs (with 7 frequencies), social communication technologies (with 6 frequencies), combination of social communication technologies and micro switch technology (with 2 frequencies) are respectively in the next priority. the rehabilitation or exceptional centers (in 50% of researches) are the most widely used training setting in carry out researches. in addition, individualized assessment prior assistive technology selection (in 37.50% of studies), family involvement (in 80% of studies), and ongoing support for subjects (in 90% of studies) has been studied. the results of all studies have indicate that there is a positive effect of assistive technology on multiple disabilities. <strong>Conclusion:</strong> &nbsp;the most of evidence- based practice research support toward assistive technology and its effects on persons with multiple disabilities. the application and using technology can help persons with multiple disabilities in promote academic learning, social skills, and independent living. in Iran developing an assistive technology programs in multiple disabilities areas and studding its effectiveness on these groups are needed. تکنولوژی کمکی, نارسایی‌های چندگانه, مطالعه میان‌رشته‌ای.
