fa بررسی پایایی و روایی نسخۀ فارسی مقیاس کیفیت زندگی خانوادگی در خانواده‌های با کودکان طیف اتیسم، نقص توجه-بیش‌فعالی و کم‌توانی ذهنی و غیر رشدی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: center;"></div><strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">هدف:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> این پژوهش با هدف بررسی ساختار عاملی تأییدی مقیاس نسخۀ فارسی کیفیت زندگی خانوادگی مرکز بیچ برای خانواده‌های کودکان با اختلال‌های رشدی (طیف اتیسم، اختلال نقص‌توجه-بیش‌فعالی و کم‌توانی ذهنی) و اختلال‌های غیر رشدی (بینایی و شنوایی) شهر اهواز صورت گرفت. <strong>روش:</strong> این پژوهش روان‌سنجی از نوع مطالعات روش‌شناسی بود. 207 خانواده (مرکز میثاق 27، نهال 23، بهار زندگی 33، سحر 32، طلوع 31، سبحان 33 و لوح و قلم 28 خانواده) به روش نمونه‌گیری مبتنی بر هدف و بر اساس ملاک‌های ورود انتخاب شدند و مقیاس کیفیت زندگی خانوادگی مرکز بیچ را تکمیل نمودند. داده‌ها به روش تحلیل عاملی تأییدی و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار آماری </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">AMOS</span></span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> تحلیل شدند. <strong>نتایج:</strong> نتایج تأییدی بر مدل پنج‌عاملی تعاملات خانوادگی، والدگری، بهزیستی عاطفی،&nbsp; بهزیستی فیزیکی-جسمانی و حمایت مرتبط با ناتوانی و مدل تک‌عاملی است. ضرایب آلفای کرونباخ کل مقیاس 93/0 و برای عامل‌های اول تا پنجم از 73/0 تا 86/0، ضرایب همبستگی بین هر یک از ماده‌های مقیاس و نمره کل از 47/0 تا 74/0 و ضرایب روایی همگرای این مقیاس یا مقیاس‌های منابع خانوادگی 64/0 و عملکرد خانواده آپگار 59/0 معنی‌دار به دست آمدند. <strong>نتیجه‌گیری: </strong>بر اساس یافته‌های پایایی و روایی به دست آمده می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که مقیاس کیفیت زندگی خانوادگی در فعالیت‌های پژوهشی و مشاوره‌ای برای خانواده‌های کودکان با مشکلات رشدی و غیر رشدی کاربرد پذیر است</span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">.</span></span> <strong>Objective:</strong> The present study aimed to investigate the confirmatory factor structure of the Beach Center Family Quality of life Scale in families of children with developmental (autism spectrum, ADHD, and mental disability) and non-developmental (visual and hearing impairment) disorders in Ahvaz, Iran. <strong>Method: </strong>This study was a psychometric analysis of the methodological research type in which 207 families of children with developmental and non-developmental disorders were chosen by purposive sampling and based in inclusion criteria, and completed Beach Center&#39;s Quality of Family Life Scale. The data were analyzed using confirmatory factor analysis in AMOS. <strong>Results:</strong> The results confirmed the five-factor model of family interactions, parenting, emotional well-being, physical/material well-being, disability-related support, and the one-factor model. The Cronbach&#39;s alpha was 0.93 for the entire scale and 0.73 to 0.86, respectively, for the first to fifth factors.
