fa اثربخشی روش دوساهو بر عملکردهای اجرایی، انعطاف پذیری ذهنی و نظریۀ ذهن در کودکان اتیستیک با عملکرد بالا تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research هدف پژوهش حاضر، تعیین میزان اثربخشی روش دوساهو بر عملکردهای اجرایی، انعطاف پذیری ذهنی و نظریۀ ذهن در کودکان اتیستیک با عملکرد بالا شهرستان بهبهان بود. تعداد آزمودنی ها 10 کودک اتیستیک با عملکرد بالا بود که با روش نمونه گیری در دسترس از جامعۀ مذکور انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی ساده به دو گروه آزمایش (5 نفر) و گروه کنترل (5 نفر) تقسیم شدند. طرح پژوهش نیمه تجربی از نوع پیش آزمون، پس آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. ابزار اندازه گیری، مقیاس درجه بندی اتیسم گیلیام <span dir="LTR">GARS</span> (1995)، پرسشنامۀ رتبه بندی رفتاری کارکردهای اجرایی<span dir="LTR"> BRIEF </span>(2000)، آزمون دسته بندی کارت های ویسکانسین <span dir="LTR">WCST</span> (1948) و مقیاس نظریۀ ذهن (1999) بود. برای انجام مداخله، ابتدا از هر دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل پیش آزمون گرفته شد. گروه آزمایش در طی 12 جلسۀ 60 دقیقه ای مداخلات را دریافت کردند. سپس از هر دو گروه پس آزمون گرفته شد و پس از یک ماه مرحلۀ پیگیری انجام گرفت. برای تحلیل داده ها از تحلیل کواریانس یک راهه (آنکوا) استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد روش دوساهو بر کارکردهای اجرایی، انعطاف پذیری ذهنی و نظریۀ ذهن کودکان اتیستیک با عملکرد بالا اثربخش است و این نتیجه تا مرحلۀ پیگیری نیز ادامه داشت.<br> <br> &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of Psycho-motor rehabilitation (Dohsa-hou) method on executive functions, mental flexibility and the theory of mind in high performance autistic children &nbsp;in Behbahan city. Research design was a semi experimental type of pre-test and post-test with control group. The subjects were 10 autistic children with high performance whom were selected by convenience sampling method that randomly assigned to two test groups (5 people) and a control group (5 people). The data was collected by implementing Gilliam Autism Ranking Scale GARS (1995), Behavior Rating Inventory of Executive Function BRIEF (2000), Wisconsin Card Sorting Test (WCST (1948) and the Theory of Mind Test (1999). To perform the intervention, first both test and control groups, were pre-tested. The test group received interventions during 12 sessions of 60 minutes. Then, from the both groups, post-test was taken and after one month the research was terminated by follow-up. For data analysis, one-way covariance analysis (ANCOVA) was applied. The results showed, Dohsa-hou method was effective on the executive functions, mental flexibility and the theory of mind in high-performance autistic and this result was sustained after one month follow-up.<br> &nbsp; کلید واژه: روش دوساهو, عملکردهای اجرایی, انعطاف پذیری ذهنی, نظریۀ ذهن, کودکان اتیستیک.
