fa ارزیابی اثربخشی طرح آموزش تلفیقی فراگیر و راهبردهای ارتقای آن Evaluation of the Effectiveness of Integrated Inclusive Education and its Promotion Strategies تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارزیابی اثربخشی آموزش ‌تلفیقی فراگیر و راهبردهای ارتقای آن از دیدگاه معلمان شهر زنجان می باشد. روش: این تحقیق از لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش جمع آوری داده ها از نوع توصیفی- پیمایشی و همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری شامل 95 دانش‌آموز با نیازهای ویژه در شهر زنجان می باشند که به صورت تلفیقی با سایر دانش‌آموزان در مدارس عادی مشغول به تحصیل بودند و از بین آنها با استفاده از جدول مورگان تعداد 78 نفر نمونه بصورت تصادفی طبقه ای بر اساس نوع معلولیت انتخاب شدند و دیدگاه معلمان آنها نسبت به آموزش تلفیقی فراگیر مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌ها، پرسشنامه بود که بر اساس اهداف آموزش تلفیقی فراگیر طراحی گردید و روایی آن مورد تایید متخصصان قرار گرفت و پایایی کل آن نیز 90/0 بدست آمد. یافته ها: با تحلیل داده‌ها از طریق آمار توصیفی و استنباطی، یافته ها نشان داد که میزان تحقق اهداف آموزش تلفیقی در اهداف مختلف بالاتر از میانگین فرضی می‌باشد. متغیرهای مقطع و پایه تحصیلی و شدت و نوع معلولیت ارتباط معنی داری با تحقق اهداف آموزش تلفیقی نداشتند اما سه متغیر جنسیت، نگرش معلمان به آموزش تلفیقی و نقش معلم رابط، ارتباط معنی داری با تحقق اهداف آموزش تلفیقی داشتند که در بین آنها نگرش معلمان از توان پیش بینی نیز برخوردار بود. نتیجه گیری: بر طبق یافته ها آموزش تلفیقی اثربخش بوده و راهبردهایی چون تغییر نگرش معلمان به آموزش تلفیقی فراگیر، استفاده از معلم رابط، ارایه آموزشهای جبرانی توسط معلمان، کاهش تعداد دانش آموزان در کلاس درس و تجهیز مدارس با امکانات مناسب می توانند موجب ارتقای آموزش تلفیقی فراگیر گردند.   Objective: The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of inclusive education and its promotion strategies from the perspective of teachers in Zanjan. Method: This research was applied in terms of purpose and in terms of collecting data, was descriptive-survey and correlational research. The statistical population consisted of 95 students with special needs who were enrolled with other students in ordinary schools, and from them, using Morgan table, 78 people were randomly selected with Stratified sampling method based on the type of disability, and were studied their teachers' viewpoints regarding inclusive education. The data gathering tool was a questionnaire designed based on the goals of inclusive education and its validity was confirmed by experts and its overall reliability was 90%. Results: By analyzing the data through descriptive and inferential statistics, the findings showed that the degree of realization of the inclusive education goals in different fields were higher than the hypothesized mean. There were no significant correlation between the variables of the grade and level and the severity and type of disability, but the three variables of gender, the teachers' attitudes toward inclusive education and the role Interface teacher had a significant relationship with the realization of the goals of inclusive education, among them the teachers' attitude was also predictable.
