fa تأثیر حمایت اجتماعی غیررسمی بر سلامت روان مادران دارای کودک با اختلال طیف اتیسم تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <strong><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">هدف</span></span></span></strong><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">: هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی تأثیر حمایت اجتماعی غیررسمی بر سلامت روان مادران با کودکان دارای اختلال طیف اتیسم بود. <strong>روش</strong>: 94 تن از مادران دارای کودکی با تشخیص اتیسم 5 تا 12 سال که در مراکز آموزشی و توان‌بخشی ویژه کودکان اتیسم در شهرهای اصفهان و شهرکرد آموزش می‌دیدند، پرسش‌نامه‌های سلامت روان عمومی و حمایت اجتماعی زیمت و همکاران را پر کردند. مدل معادله ساختاری برای تحلیل داده‌ها در نرم‌افزار آموس-18 استفاده شد. <strong>یافته‌ها</strong>: مدل پیشنهادی در شاخص‌های کلی مطلق، تطبیقی و مقتصد از برازش خوبی برخوردار بود. بر اساس شاخص‌های برازش مدل، حمایت اجتماعی غیررسمی تأثیر مستقیم معناداری بر سلامت روان مادران این کودکان داشت. مادرانی که احساس حمایت بیشتری داشتند، مشکلات کمتری در سلامت روان خود گزارش کردند و این مدل 40% تغییرات فردی در سلامت روان مادران را تبیین کرد. <strong>نتیجه‌گیری</strong>: بر اساس یافته‌های این پژوهش برنامه‌های آموزشی برای آموزش مادران کودکان اتیسم جهت جلب توجه آنها به استفاده از حمایت‌های غیررسمی پیرامونشان و نیز آموزش عموم افراد برای ارائه حمایت‌های اجتماعی خود به خانواده‌های با کودکان اتیسم به منظور بالا بردن سطح سلامت روان مادران توصیه می‌شود. </span></span></span><br> &nbsp;<br> &nbsp; <strong>Objective</strong>: The aim of this study was to explore the impact of social support on the mental health of mothers who are taking care of five to twelve year - old children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in two cities of Iran: Isfahan and Shahrekord. <strong>Method</strong>: Ninety-four mothers whose children had been registered for an educational and rehabilitation special center for autism in Isfahan and Shahrekord filled up the General health questionnaire (GHQ) and the Social Support Scale developed by Zimet et al. Structural equation modeling was applied to analyze the data using Amos Graphic-18 software. <strong>Results</strong>: The proposed model had a good fit in normed, comparative and economic incidences of the data. Based on the model fit indices, the informal social support had a significant effect on the reduction of mothers&rsquo; mental health and it reported a variance of 40%. <strong>Conclusion</strong>: According to the findings of this study, educational programs are highly recommended to draw the attention of mothers having ASD children to the neighboring social supports.
