fa بررسی رابطه پذیرش و عمل و چشم انداز زمان آینده با انعطاف پذیری روانشناختی و سازگاری در مادران کودکان کم توان ذهنی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">هدف: توجه به سازگاری و بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر آن، برای ارتقای سلامت مادر و بهبود روابط والد و فرزندی به ویژه در مادران کودکان کم‌توان ذهنی حائز اهمیت است</span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی رابطه پذیرش و عمل و چشم‌انداز زمان آینده با انعطاف‌‌پذیری روان‌شناختی و سازگاری در مادران کودکان کم‌توان ذهنی است. <strong>روش</strong>: </span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">این مطالعه از نظر نحوه گردآوری اطلاعات توصیفی-همبستگی و به‌طور مشخص مبتنی بر تحلیل مسیر است. </span></span><span style="background:white;"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">جامعه مورد مطالعه شامل کلیه مادران دانش‌آموزان کم‌توان ذهنی آموزش‌پذیر 12 تا 16 ساله در مدارس استثنایی شهر مشهد در سال 95-96 بود. نمونه شامل مادران 217 کودک کم‌توان ذهنی آموزش‌پذیر بود که با روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. </span></span></span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">داده‌ها با روش تحلیل مسیر که شامل مجموعه‌ای از معادلات رگرسیونی است و با استفاده از نرم افزار لیزرل بررسی شدند. </span></span><strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">یافته‌ها</span></span></strong>: <span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">با بررسی شاخص‌های برازندگی</span></span> <span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">و با توجه به اینکه مقدار 08/0</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">RMSEA</span></span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> <</span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> و 08/0 </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">SRMR</span></span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> <</span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> است، می‌توان برازش مدل را مطلوب دانست. همچنین در سایر شاخص‌ها از جمله </span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">(</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">NNF NFI</span></span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">، </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">NNFI</span></span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> ،</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">CFI</span></span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> ،</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">RFI</span></span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">، </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">IFI</span></span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">)</span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> نتایج بیشتر از 9/0 است که حاکی از برازش قابل قبول مدل است. <strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> با توجه به نتایج به‌دست آمده می‌توان گفت که چشم‌انداز زمان آینده و پذیرش و عمل هم مستقیم هم ‌غیرمستقیم باعث افزایش سازگاری در مادران کودکان کم‌توان ذهنی می‌شود. لذا می‌توان گفت که مادران کودکان کم‌توان ذهنی با توجه به میزان پذیرش و عمل و انعطاف‌‌پذیری روان‌شناختی در سازگاری متفاوتند و با اعمال مداخلاتی برای ارتقای این متغیرها می‌توان به افزایش سازگاری در مادران کودکان کم‌توان ذهنی کمک کرد.</span></span><br> &nbsp; <p><strong><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">Objective</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">: Attention to adaptation and the factors influencing it is important for promoting maternal health and improving parent-child relationships, especially in mothers of children with intellectual disability. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship of acceptance and action and prospects for the future with psychological flexibility and adaptation in mothers of children with intellectual disability. <strong>Method</strong>: This study employed a descriptive-correlational designed and path analysis. The population consisted of all mothers of children with intellectual disability aged 12-16 years and studying in exceptional schools of Mashhad, Iran, in 2016-2017. A sample of 217 mothers was selected by convenience sampling. The data were analyzed in LISREL using path analysis which includes a set of regression equations. <strong>Results</strong>: By examining the fitness indices and considering the value of RMSEA <0.08 and SRMR <0.08, the fit of the model was desirable.</span></span> <span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">Also, in other indices (e.g. NNF NFI, NNFI, CFI, RFI, and IFI), results were >0.9, indicating the acceptable fit of the model.<strong> Conclusion</strong>: Prospects for the future and acceptance and action both directly and indirectly increase adaptation in mothers of children with intellectual disability.
