fa اثربخشی برنامه آموزش مهارت فرزندپروری ایمن بر شیوه های فرزندپروری مادران کودکان با علائم مشکلات رفتاری درونی سازی و برونی سازی شهرستان لاهیجان تخصصي Special كاربردي Applicable <p dir="RTL"><strong>هدف:</strong> پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی برنامه آموزش مهارت فرزندپروری ایمن بر شیوه های فرزندپروری مادران کودکان با علائم مشکلات رفتاری درونی سازی و برونی سازی شهرستان لاهیجان انجام گرفته است. <strong>روش:</strong> این پژوهش با رویکرد کاربردی و روش تحقیق نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون - پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل انجام شد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل کلیه مادران کودکان 6 ساله پیش دبستانی شهرستان لاهیجان بود. حجم نمونه اولیه شامل 120 نفر از مادران کودکان پیش دبستانی &nbsp;بود که به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی انتخاب شدند. در نهایت 30 نفر از مادرانی که کودکان آنها علائم مشکلات درونی سازی و برونی سازی را داشتند انتخاب و به طور تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش (15 نفر) و کنترل (15 نفر) گمارش شدند. ابزار پژوهش شامل فهرست رفتاری کودک آخنباخ (فرم والد و معلم) (1991) به عنوان ابزار غربالگری و پرسشنامه شیوه های فرزند پروری بامریند (1972) است.&nbsp; برنامه آموزش مهارت فرزندپروری ایمن که توسط علی اکبری دهکردی و علی پور (1394) طراحی شده بود در 8 جلسه بر روی گروه آزمایش اجرا گردید. داده&rlm;ها با استفاده از تحلیل کوواریانس چند متغیره (مانکوا) مورد تجزیه‌وتحلیل قرار گرفتند. <strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> یافته&shy; ها نشان داد برنامه آموزش مهارت فرزند پروری ایمن بر شیوه های فرزند پروری مادران مؤثر است (01/0&ge;<span dir="LTR">P</span>). <strong>نتیجه &rlm;گیری:</strong> نتایج نشان داد که برنامه آموزش مهارت فرزند پروری ایمن باعث ارتقاء شیوه فرزندپروری مقتدرانه و کاهش شیوه فرزندپروری سختگیرانه می شود. با توجه به اینکه شیوه های فرزندپروری والدین نقش اساسی در تأمین سلامت روانی فرزندان آنها دارد، لذا پیشنهاد می شود از برنامه آموزش فرزندپروری ایمن برای مادران جهت مدیریت روابط سالم با فرزندانشان و به کارگیری سبک های فرزندپروری مثبت استفاده شود.</p> <strong>Objective:</strong> This study aimed at evaluating the effectiveness of safe parenting skills training program on parenting practices of mothers of children with signs of internalizing and externalizing behavior problems Lahijan city.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> This is an experimental study with pretest-posttest control group. The study population consisted of all mothers of preschool children (6-year-old) in Lahijan city. The initial sample size included 120 mothers of preschool children who were selected randomly. Finally, 30 mothers of children with internalizing and externalizing problems were selected and randomly divided into two groups: experimental group (n = 15) and control group (n = 15). Achenbach&#39;s Child Behavior Checklist (parent and teacher form) (1991) as a screening tool and Bamyrand&#39;&#39;s questionnaire on parenting style (1972) were used in this study. Safe parenting skills training program which was designed by Aliakbari Dehkordi and Alipour (1394) was implemented in the experimental group during 8 sessions. Data were analyzed using Multivariate analysis of Covariance data (MANCOVA).<br> <strong>Results:</strong> The results showed that safe parenting skills training program impacts parenting style significantly (P<span dir="RTL">0.01&ge;</span>).<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> The results showed that safe parenting skills training programs improves authoritative parenting style and reduces strict parenting practices.
