fa مقایسه مادران دارای دو کودک استثنایی (چندمعلولیتی، کم‌توان ذهنی، جسمی-حرکتی، نابینا و آسیب بینایی، ناشنوا و آسیب شنوایی) با مادران کودکان عادی در مؤلفه‌های سلامت عمومی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <br> <strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">هدف</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">:. </span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">هدف از تحقیق حاضر یافتن پاسخی برای این پرسش است که آیا بین مادران کودکان استثنایی و مادران کودکان عادی از نظر سلامت روان تفاوت وجود دارد یا خیر؟ </span></span><strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">روش</span></span></strong>: <span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">روش این تحقیق پس‌رویدادی (علّی- مقایسه‌ای) است</span></span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">. آزمودنی‌های این پژوهش متشکل از 516 نفر از مادران کودکان استثنایی (202 نفر </span></span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">کم‌توان ذهنی</span></span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">، 63 نفر ناشنوا، 58 نفر نابینا، 94 نفر جسمی-حرکتی و 99 نفر چندمعلولیتی) است که به‌طور تام شمارش انتخاب شده بودند و 69 نفر از مادران کودکان عادی که به‌طور تصادفی انتخاب شدند. ابزار به‌کار گرفته شده، مقیاس 28 سؤالی سلامت عمومی است. </span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">ضریب اعتبار این پرسش‌نامه 72/0 و روایی همزمان کل پرسش‌نامه 85/0 به‌دست آمده است. <strong>یافته‌ها: </strong></span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">نتایج حاصل از یافته‌های آماری نشان داد که به‌طور کلی بین سلامت روان مادران کودکان استثنایی و مادران کودکان عادی تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد. همچنین از نظر علائم سلامت روانی یعنی بین خرده‌مقیاس علائم جسمانی و افسردگی تفاوت معناداری بین مادران گروه‌های مختلف استثنایی و مادران گروه عادی مشاهده نشد. </span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">بین مادران کودکان عادی با چندمعلولیتی</span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">، </span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">کم‌توان ذهنی، جسمی-حرکتی، در مؤلفه اضطراب و کم‌خوابی تفاوت معنی‌داری به لحاظ آماری مشاهده شد. درحالی‌که بین مادران عادی با نابینا و آسیب بینایی، ناشنوا و آسیب شنوایی تفاوت معنی‌داری به لحاظ آماری مشاهده نشد. بین مادران کودکان عادی با چندمعلولیتی، </span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">کم‌توان ذهنی</span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">، جسمی-حرکتی و ناشنوا و آسیب شنوایی در مؤلفه کارکرد اجتماعی تفاوت معنی‌داری به لحاظ آماری مشاهده شد. درحالی‌که بین مادران عادی با مادران نابینا و آسیب بینایی، تفاوت معنی‌داری به لحاظ آماری مشاهده نگردید</span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">. </span></span><strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">بر اساس نتایج این تحقیق سلامت روان یک ویژگی متمایزکننده در مادران کودکان استثنایی و مادران کودکان عادی است، مادران دارای دو کودک استثنایی استرس و فشار روانی بیشتری را در زندگی تجربه می‌کنند. بنابراین وضعیت سلامت روان آنها در مقایسه با مادران کودکان عادی بدتر است. </span></span><br> &nbsp; <strong><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">Objective:</span></strong><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> The present study aimed to see whether there is a difference between mothers of children with disabilities and mothers of normal children in terms of mental health. <strong>Method</strong>: This research was a retrospective (casual-comparative) study. Subjects comprised 516 mothers of children with disabilities (202 with intellectual disabilities, 63 with deafness, 58 with blindness, 94 with physical and motor disabilities, and 99 with multiple disabilities) selected through complete count and 69 mothers of normal children chosen randomly. Data were collected using the 28-item General Health Questionnaire (GHQ) with the validity and reliability of 0.72 and 0.85, respectively. <strong>Results: </strong>Results showed a significant difference in the mental health of mothers of children with disabilities and mothers of normal children. However, in mental health symptoms, i.e. physical symptoms and depression, no significant difference was observed between the two groups. The two groups (mothers of normal children vs. mothers of children with multiple disabilities, intellectual disabilities, or physical and motor disabilities) significantly differed on two variables of anxiety and insomnia (p</span><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">&le;</span><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">0.001) , while no significant difference was found between mothers of normal children and mothers of children with blindness, visual impairment, multiple disabilities, deafness, or hearing impairment. In terms of social function, a significant difference was found between mothers of normal children and mothers of children with multiple disabilities, intellectual disabilities, physical and motor disabilities, deafness, or hearing impairment (p</span><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">&le;</span><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">0.001), while no significant difference was seen between mothers of normal children and mothers of children with blindness or visual impairment. <strong>Conclusion: </strong>Mental health differentiates the mothers of normal children and mothers of children with disabilities. Mothers of two children with special needs experience more stress.
