fa • مقایسه تأثیر روش‌های تحلیل رفتار کاربردی (ABA) پاسخ محور(PRT) و تلفیقی بر افزایش خزانه‌ واژگان کودکان با اختلال طیف اتیسم چهار تا شش ساله The Effect of Integrated Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) & Pivotal response treatment (PRT) Method on Vocabulary Development of Children with Autism Ages 4 to 6 تخصصي Special كاربردي Applicable هدف: پژوهش حاضر به مقایسه تأثیر روشهای تحلیل رفتار کاربردی، پاسخ محور و تلفیقی (تحلیل رفتار کاربردی و پاسخ محور با یکدیگر) بر افزایش خزانه واژگان کودکان با اختلال طیف اتیسم 4 تا 6 ساله پرداخته است. روش: پژوهش حاضر از نوع نیمه آزمایشی و طرح آن پیش‌آزمون– پس‌آزمون گسترش یافته است. تعداد 30 کودک (13 دختر و 17 پسر) 4 تا 6 ساله از دو مرکز آموزشی اتیسم به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی مرحلهای انتخاب و پس از همتاسازی و به شیوه کاملاً تصادفی در سه گروه تحلیل رفتار کاربردی، پاسخ محور و تلفیقی قرار گرفتند. به منظور ارزیابی و همگن سازی آزمودنیها از مقیاس تشخیص اتیسم گیلیام (گارز) و نیز بررسی خزانه واژگان از یک سیاهه ارزیابی واژگان محقق ساخته استفاده شد. همه گروه‌ها طی 16 جلسه ‌(8 هفته 2 جلسهای و هر جلسه 90 دقیقه) تحت برنامه مداخله خاص خود قرار گرفتند. یافتهها: تحلیل دادهها بدست امده با استفاده از آزمون کروسکال والیس ( 60/8=x2 ) نشان داد که میانگین واژگان آزمودنیها در گروه تلفیقی به گونه معناداری از دو گروه تحلیل رفتار کاربردی و پاسخ محور بیشتر بوده است. نتیجهگیری: یافتههای به دست آمده نشان داد که روش تلفیقی نسبت به دو روش تحلیل رفتار کاربردی و پاسخ محور به تنهایی به افزایش بیشتر خزانه واژگان کودکان با اختلال طیف اتیسم چهار تا شش ساله منجر می‌شود.     دAbstract                                                                                   Objective: The purpose of present study was to compare Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT), and the integrated (ABA and PRT) method on the vocabulary span of children with autism spectrom disorder. Method:  Using  multistage  random  sampling method, thirty children aged four to six (13 girls and 17 boys) were selected from two autism training centers in tehran. The subjects were  randomly divided in three Integrated, ABA, and PRT treatment  groups. Research method was semi-experimental  with  expanded  pre-test, post-test  group design. To screen the subjects, Giliam Autism Rating Scale (GARS) and a vocabulary assessment checklist were used. All experimental groups recieved their own  specific  programs  for 16 sessions (eight weeks), each session 90 minutes long.Results: kruskal Wallis analysis indicated that there was a significant difference (x2=60/8) among all three experimental groups. The result showed that the integrated method was more effective than the two other ones.
