fa مطالعه آنتروپومتری نسبت انگشت اشاره به حلقه (2D: 4D) دست چپ پسران سالم و کم‌توان ذهنی 7 تا 10 سال در اقوام سیستانی ساکن شهرستان زابل تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL"></p><p dir="RTL"></p><p dir="RTL"></p><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">هدف:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> مطالعه حاضر به منظور بررسی نسبت‌های آنتروپومتریک طول انگشتان اشاره و حلقه در افراد سالم و کم‌توان ذهنی انجام شد تا بتواند کمکی به تشخیص زودهنگام این بیماری باشد. <strong>روش:</strong> فاصله بین نوک انگشتان تا بند انتهایی در 180 پسر 7 تا 10 ساله سالم و کم‌توان ذهنی ساکن شهرستان زابل در گروه‌های سنی 7-8، 8-9 و 9-10 سال با کولیس دیجیتال اندازه‌گیری شد. کلیه نتایج آماری از نرم‌افزارهای اکسل، اس‌پی‌اس‌اس و مینی‌تب استخراج شد. روش‌های تحلیل آماری مورد استفاده آزمون کلموگروف- اسمیرنوف، آزمون لون، آزمون تی دو نمونه مستقل را شامل می‌شد. همچنین از میانگین، خطای معیار و نمودارهای ستونی جهت توصیف اطلاعات استفاده شد. میانگین داده‌ها و نسبت طول انگشت دوم به چهارم (2</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">D: 4D</span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">) در دو گروه مورد مقایسه قرار گرفت. <strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> در هر سه گروه سنی متوسط اندازه آنتروپومتریک انگشت اشاره (2</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">D</span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">) دست چپ افراد کم‌توان ذهنی از پسران سالم کمتر است که از نظر آماری این اختلاف اندازه تنها در گروه سنی 9-10 سال معنادار است (05/0 </span></span><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">&ge;</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">P</span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">). در دو گروه سنی 8-9 سال و 9-10 سال، متوسط اندازه آنتروپومتریک انگشت حلقه (4</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">D</span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">) دست چپ کم‌توان ذهنی به‌طور معناداری از پسران سالم کمتر است (05/0 </span></span><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">&ge;</span> <span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">P</span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">). در هر سه گروه سنی بین متوسط اندازه آنتروپومتریک نسبت انگشت اشاره به حلقه دست چپ پسران سالم با کم‌توان ذهنی اختلاف معناداری وجود ندارد (05/0<</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">P</span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">). <strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> مطابق با نتایج این تحقیق، می‌توان مقایسه نسبت انگشتان بین گروه سالم با برخی از گروه‌های بیمار از جمله پسران کم‌توان ذهنی را به‌عنوان یک عامل پیش‌آگهی پیشنهاد نمود.</span></span> <strong><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">Objective:</span></strong><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> This study aimed to determine the anthropometric ratios of index and ring fingers in students with and without intellectual disability in order to help the early diagnosis of this condition. <strong>Method:</strong> The distance between the tip of the fingers to the last phalanges was measured with a digital caliper in 180 students with and without&nbsp; intellectual disability belonging to age groups of 7-8, 8-9, and 9-10 years, residing in Zabul, Iran. Data were analyzed in SPSS, Minitab, and Microsoft Excel. Statistical tests comprised the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, Levene&rsquo;s test, and independent samples t-test. Mean, standard error, and histograms were used to describe the data. The two groups were compared in terms of mean data and the ratio of the length of second to fourth fingers (2D:4D). <strong>Results:</strong> In all three age groups, the mean anthropometric length of the index finger (2D) of the students with intellectual disability was shorter than that of other boys, which was statistically significant only in the age group of 9-10 years (p&le;0.05). In the age groups of 8-9 and 9-10 years, the mean anthropometric length of the left ring finger (D4) of students with intellectual disability was significantly shorter than that of other boys (p&le;0.05).
