fa بررسی کم‌خونی فقر آهن در دانش‌آموزان کم‌توان ذهنی شهر تهران تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;">به منظور بررسی کم خونی فقر آهن در دانش‌آموزان کم‌توان ذهنی شهر تهران، 71 دانش‌آموز در مقطع سنی 18-6 سال از میان 11 مرکز آموزش استثنایی به صورت تصادفی انتخاب شدند. مقدار 8-6 سی‌سی خون وریدی دانش‌آموزان با استفاده از روش‌های بیوشیمیایی و هماتولوژیکی (آزمایش‌های </span></span><span dir="LTR">SI</span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;">، </span></span><span dir="LTR">TIBC</span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;">، </span></span><span dir="LTR">TS</span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;">، </span></span><span dir="LTR">Hb</span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;">، </span></span><span dir="LTR">HCT</span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;">، </span></span><span dir="LTR">MCV</span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;"> و </span></span><span dir="LTR">Ferritin</span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;">) مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. از فریتین به عنوان شاخص تعیین کمبود آهن و از </span></span><span dir="LTR">TS, TIBC, SI</span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;"> به عنوان شاخص‌های تعیین کننده فزونی آهن استفاده گردید. همچنین با استفاده از شاخص‌های قد برای سن و وزن برای قد، رابطه بین سوءتغذیه و آهن بدن بررسی شد. براساس نتایج به دست آمده، ذخایر آهن بیش از 40% از دانش‌آموزان تهی شده بود. حال آنکه طبق همین نتایج هیچ یک از دانش‌آموزان فزونی آهن نداشتند. علیرغم معنی‌دار نشدن تفاوت، غلظت فریتین سرم دانش‌آموزانی که مبتلا به سوء تغذیه بودند، کمتر از دانش‌آموزان سالم بود. ذخایر آهن در بیش از 65% از دختران بالای 11 سال وضعیت مناسبی نداشت. به همین دلیل برای پیشگیری از بروز کم‌خونی در این دسته از دانش‌آموزان، انجام آزمایش تعیین غلظت فریتین سرم به عنوان یک آزمون غربالگری (سرند) پیشنهاد می‌شود.</span></span><br> &nbsp; To study iron deficiency anemia in mentally retarded students; 71 students in the age ange of 6-18, from 11 special education centers of Tehran were sampled randomly. The blood samples of these subjects were analyzed biochemically and hematologically via SI, TIBC, TS, Hb, HCT, MCV and Ferritin tests. Ferritin was regarded as an index of identifying iron deficiency; while ST, TIBG and TSD as indices of iron surplus. Furthermore; using the index of height for age and weight for height, the relationship between malnutrition and iron was examined. The results showed that 40% of the subjects were devoid of iron storage, and none of the subjects had iron surplus. Although not significant; the ferritin density in subjects with malnutrition was less than that of subjects without malnutrition. Iron storage in more than 65% of girls over 11- years - old was not desirable.
