fa اثربخشی تقلید حرکتی غیرگفتاری بر طول گفتار کودکان 8-16 ساله دارای اختلالات طیف اتیسم تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL"><strong><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">هدف</span></span></span></strong><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">: این پژوهش به منظور بررسی اثربخشی تقلید حرکتی غیرگفتاری بر طول گفتار کودکان 8-16 ساله دارای اختلالات طیف اتیسم صورت گرفت. <strong>روش</strong>: جامعه آماری این پژوهش را کلیه کودکان دارای اختلالات طیف اتیسم رده سنی 8-16 ساله شهرستان میاندوآب تشکیل دادند که از بین آنها 30 کودک به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب و به‌طور تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایشی و کنترل جای داده شدند. طرح پژوهش، طرح پیش‌آزمون- پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل و پیگیری بود. در این پژوهش از مقیاس درجه‌بندی کودکان دارای اتیسم (</span></span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:8.0pt;">CIRS</span></span></span></span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">)، بسته تقلید حرکتی غیرگفتاری و بسته تصاویر داستان‌های کوتاه استفاده شد. از روش اندازه‌گیری مکرر نیز برای تحلیل داده‌ها استفاده گردید. <strong>یافته‌ها</strong>: یافته‌ها نشان داد که تقلید حرکتی غیرگفتاری در سطح 01/0</span></span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> P&le;</span></span></span></span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">در افزایش طول گفتار کودکان دارای اختلالات طیف اتیسم مؤثر است.<strong> نتیجه‌گیری: </strong>با توجه به مزایای تقلید حرکتی غیرگفتاری در درمان کودکان دارای اختلالات طیف اتیسم پیشنهاد می‌شود این روش درمانی در کنار روش‌های مرسوم در زمینه اتیسم به والدین و معلمان کودکان اتیسم آموزش داده شود.</span></span></span></p> <p><strong><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">Objective</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">: This study attempted to evaluate the effectiveness of non-verbal motor imitation on length of utterance among 8-16-year-old children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD). <strong>Method</strong>: The research population included all children with ASD aged 8-16 years living in Miandoab, Iran, in 2016. Thirty children were recruited through convenience sampling and randomly assigned to experimental and control groups. This study had a pretest-posttest design with a control group and follow-up.
