fa بررسی تناسب و ثمربخشی آموزش‌های دوره دو ساله تربیت معلم در رشته ناشنوا و نیمه‌شنوا از دیدگاه فارغ‌التحصیلان تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:b yagut;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;">مقاله حاضر گزارش پژوهشی است که به بررسی تناسب و ثمربخشی دروس دوره دوساله تربیت معلم دانش‌آموزان استثنایی در رشته ناشنوا و نیمه‌شنوا پرداخته است. 201 نفر از فارغ‌التحصیلان مراکز تربیت معلم کشور از مهرماه 1374 تا مهرماه 1380 ، از همه استان‌های کشور به شکل تصادفی انتخاب شدند و با استفاده از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بر مبنای &laquo;مشخصات کلی برنامه و سرفصل دروس دوره کاردانی تربیت معلم کودکان استثنایی ناشنوا و نیمه شنوا&raquo; مصوب دویست و پنجاه و هشتمین جلسه شورای عالی برنامه‌ریزی مورخ 2/3/1372 و تأیید مدرسین مجرب این رشته، اطلاعات مورد نظر جمع‌آوری و استخراج گردید. با توجه به نوع خاص پژوهش، از روش‌های آماری توصیفی برای جمع‌بندی اطلاعات استفاده شد. نتایج بیانگر عدم تناسب بعضی از دروس با اهداف دوره بود. همچنین آشکار شد که آموزش‌های فعلی در این دوره‌ها، برای پرورش معلمانی توانمند، کافی و مناسب نیستند و نیاز به تغییرات جدی دارند.</span></span></span> The present article is the report of a research which studies the appropriateness and effectiveness of the curriculum of teacher training courses for the teachers of the deaf and hearing-impaired students. 201 graduates of the teacher- training centers, graduated between 1995 and 2001 all over the country, were sampled randomly. To obtain the information needed, a researcher-made questionnaire based on the objectives and content of the training programs; approved in 1993 by the 258th session of Higher Council on Programming and confirmed by the lecturers, was devised. The descriptive analysis of the data was indicative of the inappropriateness of the content of these courses for the training of competent teachers for the deaf and hearing impaired students.
