fa بررسی مقایسه‌ای درک شنیداری و وضوح کلامی کودکان کاشت حلزونی و دارای سمعک با کودکان شنوا تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p><strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">هدف:</span></span></strong> <span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">پژوهش حاضر به منظور مقایسۀ درک شنیداری و وضوح کلامی کودکان شنوا با کودکان کاشت حلزونی و دارای سمعک</span></span> <span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">در تهران انجام شد. </span></span><strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">روش:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> در این پژوهش علّی مقایسه‌ای 60 کودک 5 تا 7 سال شرکت کرده بودند. آنها به سه گروه 20 نفری تقسیم شدند، به‌نحوی که گروه اول و دوم به ترتیب از </span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">کودکان کاشت حلزون شده و دارای سمعک بودند که به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شده بودند؛ در حالی که گروه سوم شنوایی طبیعی داشتند و به روش تصادفی انتخاب شده بودند. </span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">ابزارهای استفاده شده در این پژوهش </span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">مقیاس تعیین سطح ادراک شنیداری</span></span> <span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">و </span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">مقیاس تعیین سطح وضوح کلامی</span></span> <span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">ب</span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">ود</span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">. اطلاعات جمع‌آوری شده با استفاده از تحلیل واریانس چندمتغیری</span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> تحلیل شد.<strong> یافته‌ها:</strong> </span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">نتایج تحلیل واریانس چندمتغیری نشان داد که </span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">میانگین نمرات درک شنیداری و وضوح کلامی کودکان با شنوایی عادی به‌طور معناداری بیشتر از دو گروه دیگر بود. همچنین میانگین نمرات ادراک شنیداری کودکان کاشت‌شده به‌طور معناداری بیشتر از کودکان دارای سمعک بود. ولی در متغیر وضوح کلامی، میانگین نمرات کودکان کاشت‌شده و کودکان دارای سمعک تفاوت معناداری نداشت. </span></span><strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری</span></span></strong>: <span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">ادراک شنیداری و وضوح کلامی یک پدیده پیچیده و چندبُعدی است که نقش بسیار مهمی در تولید گفتار دارد.</span></span></p> <p><strong>Objective:</strong> The purpose of the present study was to compare auditory perception and speech intelligibility in hearing children, children with cochlear implants, and those with hearing aids in Tehran.<strong> Method: </strong>Sixty children aged 5&ndash;7 years participated in this causal-comparative study. They were divided into three groups (n=20). The first (children with cochlear implants) and second (children with hearing aids) groups were selected by convenient sampling, while the third group (normally hearing children) was selected using random sampling. The instruments used in this research were Raven Intelligence Test, Categories of Auditory Performance (CAP), and Speech Intelligibility Rating (SIR). The data were analyzed by MANOVA.<strong> Results:</strong> The results of MANOVA revealed that the mean scores of auditory perception and speech intelligibility were significantly higher in normally hearing children than the other groups. Also, the mean scores of auditory perception were significantly higher in children with cochlear implants than those with hearing aids.
