fa بررسی و مقایسه حافظه کاری کودکان مبتلا به اختلال نارسایی توجه / بیش‌فعالی با کودکان عادی تخصصي Special كاربردي Applicable <p dir="RTL"><strong>هدف:</strong> هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی حافظه ‌کاری کودکان مبتلا به اختلال نقص توجه <span dir="LTR">/</span> بیش‌فعالی <span dir="LTR">(ADHD)</span> و مقایسه آن با کودکان عادی است. نمونه‌های مورد مطالعه 11 پسر (12-6) ساله مبتلا به اختلال نارسایی توجه / بیش‌فعالی &nbsp;&nbsp;و 11 پسر (12-6) ساله عادی است .<strong> روش:</strong> اختلال نارسایی توجه / بیش‌فعالی براساس مصاحبه بالینی به وسیله روان‌پزشک و پرسشنامه علائم مرضی <span dir="LTR">CSI-4</span> و مقیاس ارزیابی والدین کانزر تشخیص داده شده است. برای یکسان‌سازی هوش کودکان، از آزمون هوش ریون و به منظور بررسی حافظه کاری کودکان از تست مخصوص حافظه دیداری کیم کاراد و تست فراخوانی داستان استفاده شده است. <strong>یافته‌ها</strong>: یافته‌های حاصل با استفاده از آزمون آماری <span dir="LTR">t</span> برای گروههای&nbsp; مستقل تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که بین میانگین عملکرد&nbsp; کودکان مبتلا به اختلال نارسایی توجه / بیش‌فعالی در فراخوانی آزمون حافظه دیداری&nbsp; کیم کاراد و آزمون فراخوانی داستان با میانگین عملکرد کودکان عادی در این آزمونها تفاوت معنادار وجود دارد.<strong> نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> نتایج نشان داد که کودکان مبتلا به اختلال نارسایی توجه / بیش‌فعالی در آزمون حافظه دیداری کیم کاراد وآزمون فراخوانی داستان عملکرد ضعیف‌تری از کودکان عادی دارند؛ به علاوه سرعت پردازش اطلاعات دیداری در این کودکان کندتر از کودکان عادی است. لذا کودکان مبتلا به اختلال نارسایی توجه / بیش‌فعالی به‌واسطه نقص در بازداری، نواقصی را در حافظه کاری تجربه می‌کنند که کودکان عادی آن را تجربه نمی‌کنند.</p> <p><strong>Objective</strong>: The purpose of this research is to compare working memory in children with attention/deficit hyperactive disorder (ADHD) with the normal peers. The participants included 11 boys with and 11 boys without ADHD ageing 6 to 12 years. <strong>Method</strong>: ADHD was diagnosed utilizing a psychiatric interview, Conners parents rating scale, and CSI-4 inventory. All children were matched in IQ by Raven intelligence test. Kim Carrad visual memory test and story recall test were used to asses working memory. <strong>Results</strong>: Using t-test for independent groups, significant differences were observed between the performance of ADHD and normal children in Kim Carrad visual memory test and story recall test. Performance of children with ADHD in verbal and visual working memory tests was worse than normal children. In addition, visual processing information in ADHD children was slower than normal children. <strong>Conclusion</strong>: Weakness in working memory in ADHD children may be related to some deficits in inhibition.
