fa تأثیر آموزش مهارتهای مدیریت خشم بر کنترل خشم مادران دانش‌آموزان کم‌توان‌ذهنی و دیرآموز تخصصي Special كاربردي Applicable <p dir="RTL"><strong>هدف: </strong>این پژوهش با هدف ارزشیابی آموزش مهارتهای مدیریت خشم به مادران کودکان کم&shy;توان ذهنی آموزش&shy;پذیر و دیرآموز انجام شده است. <strong>روش:</strong> در این تحقیق شبه تجربی، 46 مادر به روش نمونه&shy;گیری در دسترس از دو مدرسه ویژه دانش&shy;آموزان کم‌توان‌ذهنی و دیرآموز در تهران انتخاب و از لحاظ ویژگیهای جمعیت شناختی همگن شدند و در دو گروه آزمایشی و گواه جای گرفتند. مهارت&shy;های مدیریت خشم به صورت گروهی و به مدت هفت جلسه دو ساعته به گروه آزمایش آموزش داده شد. کارآیی برنامه با استفاده از اجرای پرسشنامه محقق&shy;ساخته ارزیابی خشم و مقیاس خشم چندبعدی، قبل و بعد از مداخله ارزشیابی شد.<strong> یافته&shy;ها</strong>: داده&shy;ها با استفاده از روش تحلیل کوواریانس تجزیه و تحلیل شد و بیان کنندهاین است که آموزش مدیریت خشم بر کاهش خشم و افزایش استفاده از راهبردهای کنترل خشم تأثیر مثبت دارد.<strong> نتیجه&shy;گیری</strong>: نتایج این پژوهش مبین کارآیی کاربرد روشهای مدیریت خشم در مادران دانش‌آموزان کم‌توان ذهنی و دیرآموزاست</p> <p><strong>Objective: </strong>The purpose of the present research is to examine instructing anger management skills on mothers of educable mentally retarded and slow learner children.<strong> Method:</strong> The design of this study is quasi-experimental with pretest-posttest and control group. This study was conducted on 46 mothers who were assigned equally into experimental and control groups. The anger management training was implemented on experimental group in seven sessions, 2 hours each. Data were collected utilizing two questionnaires: Anger Evaluation Scale and Multidimensional Anger Inventory. <strong>Results:</strong> An analysis of covariance was used for this research. Findings showed the benefits of anger management training as they follow: intensity and frequency of anger decreased and the use of anger control strategies increased. <strong>Conclusion: </strong>The effectiveness of anger management techniques is emphasized.
