fa رژیم غذایی کتوژنیک، روشی موثر در درمان صرع مقاوم به دارو در کودکان کم‌توان ذهنی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p><strong><span dir="RTL">هدف</span></strong><span dir="RTL">: مطالعه مروری حاضر با هدف بررسی اثر رژیم غذایی کتوژنیک در درمان صرع مقاوم به دارو در کودکان کم توان ذهنی انجام شده است. <strong>روش:</strong> اطلاعات موجود بر اساس جستجو در پایگاههای اطلاع رسانی </span>magiran, pubmed,<span dir="RTL"> و کتب معتبر تغذیه بدست آمده است. <strong>یافته‌ها :</strong> مستندات علمی و معتبر نشان می‌دهد که این رژیم، حملات&nbsp; تشنجی را در&nbsp; کودکان کم توان ذهنی مبتلا به صرع مقاوم به دارو کاهش می‌دهد. رایج‌ترین مورد برای استفادۀ این رژیم، کاربرد آن برای کودکان مصروعی است که با وجود مصرف انواع داروهای ضد صرع، تشنجات آنان همچنان ادامه دارد. <strong>نتیجه گیری :</strong> رژیم غذایی کتوژنیک نقش مهمی در درمان و کنترل حملات تشنجی در صرع مقاوم به دارو دارد و لازم است که متخصصین مغز و اعصاب کودکان در فرایند درمان صرع در کودکان کم توان ذهنی به عنوان یک درمان جایگزین به آن توجه داشته باشند.</span></p> <p><strong>Objective</strong>: This article is a review of research regarding ketogenic diet in treatment of drug-resistant epilepsy in mentally retarded children<strong>. Method</strong>: A literature search was conducted using Magiran, PubMed and reference books nutrition. <strong>Results</strong>: There are valid scientific documents that show this diet reduces seizures in these children.
