fa بررسی اثربخشی نظام ارتباطی مبتنی بر تبادل تصویر (PECS) بر مؤلفه‌های زبان دریافتی و بیانی دانش‌آموزان با اختلال طیف اتیسم Evaluating the effectiveness of Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS) on the receptive and expressive language components of children with autism spectrum disorder تخصصي Special كاربردي Applicable <div style="text-align: justify;">چکیده هدف: این پژوهش، بررسی اثربخشی نظام ارتباطی مبتنی بر تبادل تصاویر (PECS) بر زبان دریافتی و بیانی کودکان با اختلال طیف اتیسم است. روش این پژوهش به لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از نظر نحوه گردآوری اطلاعات، آزمایشی با طرح تک‌آزمودنی AB است.روش: پژوهش حاضر به لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از نظر نحوه گردآوری اطلاعات، آزمایشی با طرح تک‌آزمودنیAB است که شامل دو مرحله خط پایه (A) و مداخله (B) است. بسته مداخله در این پژوهش نظام ارتباطی مبتنی بر تبادل تصاویر (PECS) بود که در شش مرحله به شرکت‌کنندگان ارائه شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش عبارت است از تمام کودکان با اختلال طیف اتیسم با عملکرد متوسط 6 تا 8 سال که در مدارس استثنایی شهر مشهد در سال تحصیلی 1401-1402 مشغول به تحصیل بودند. نمونه این پژوهش (که با روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند به‌ دست ‌آمده است) عبارتند از 5 کودک طیف اتیسم که با استفاده از جدول مشاهده‌های تشخیصی اتیسم (ADOS) به‌عنوان مبتلا به اختلال طیف اتیسم تشخیص قطعی داده‌ شده‌اند. به‌منظور گردآوری داده‌ها از مقیاس‌های زبان بیانی و دریافتی آزمون رشد نیوشا استفاده‌ شده است. یافته¬ها: نشان می‌دهد که میانگین نمر‌ه‌های زبان بیانی و دریافتی کودکان 6 تا 8 ساله با اختلال طیف اتیسم، در پس‌آزمون اول نسبت به خط پایه افزایش داشته است. این روند افزایشی در فرایند اجرای برنامه آموزش نظام ارتباطی مبتنی بر تبادل تصویر استمرار داشته است. واژه‌های کلیدی: اختلال طیف اتیسم، PECS، نظام ارتباطی مبتنی بر تبادل تصویر، زبان بیانی و دریافتی.</div>   <div style="text-align: justify;">The purpose of this research is to investigate the effectiveness of the picture exchange communication system (PECS) on the receptive and expressive language components of children with autism spectrum disorder. The method of this research is practical in terms of purpose and in terms of data collection, it is an experiment with AB single-subject design. The statistical population of the research consists of all children with autism spectrum disorder with average functioning of 6 to 8 years old who were studying in the special schools of Mashhad in the academic year 1401-1402. The sample of this research, which was obtained by the purposeful sampling method, consists of 5 children with autism spectrum disorder who were definitively diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder using the ADOS test. In order to collect data, expressive and receptive language tests of Nyusha Development Test have been used. The findings indicate that the mean verbal and receptive language scores of 6 to 8-year-old children with autism spectrum disorder have increased in the first post-test compared to the baseline.
