fa اثربخشی بازی‌درمانی کودک محور بر توجه مشترک کودکان طیف اوتیسم تخصصي Special كاربردي Applicable <span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="line-height:109%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="color:black"><b><span lang="AR-SA" style="line-height:109%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">هدف: </span></span></b><span lang="AR-SA" style="line-height:109%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">پژوهش حاضر باهدف بررسی اثربخشی بازی‌درمانی کودک محور بر توجه مشترک کودکان طیف اوتیسم انجام شد. به این منظور از روش تجربی با پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون تک گروهی استفاده شد.</span></span> <b><span lang="AR-SA" style="line-height:109%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">مواد و روش: </span></span></b><span lang="AR-SA" style="line-height:109%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">جامعه آماری شامل تعدادی از کودکان 7 تا 9 ساله مبتلابه اختلال طیف اوتیسم شهر سمنان در سال تحصیلی 1401 -1400 بودند؛ پس از انتخاب مدرسه موردنظر، 13 نفر از دانش آموزان که دارای ملاک پژوهش بودند به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. پیش از انجام مداخله و پس‌ازآن، از دانش</span></span><span dir="LTR" style="line-height:109%">&shy;</span><span lang="AR-SA" style="line-height:109%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">آموزان آزمون گرفته شد تا میزان اثربخشی بازی‌درمانی موردبررسی قرار گیرد. برای سنجش توجه اشتراکی از کار برگ ثبت مقوله‌های توجه اشتراکی بین آزمونگر- کودک استفاده گردید. همچنین در این پژوهش نمره هوش این کودکان بررسی شد. دامنه نمره هوش‌بهر کلی در آزمون هوش وکسلر چهار تجدیدنظر شده از 89 تا 101 بود که میانگین و انحراف استاندارد هوش‌بهر کلی آنان 77/3 </span></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="line-height:109%"><span cambria="" style="font-family:">&plusmn;</span></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="line-height:109%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> 54/95 بوده است.</span></span> <b><span lang="AR-SA" style="line-height:109%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">بافته‌ها: </span></span></b><span lang="AR-SA" style="line-height:109%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">یافته‌های این پژوهش با استفاده از روش آماری تی جفت شده نشان می‌دهد با اجرای بازی‌درمانی کودک محور بر کودک اوتیسم در جلسات پایانی بازی‌درمانی از نسبت آغازگری توجه مشترک آزمونگر (اجراکننده بازی‌درمانی کودک محور) کاسته شده است و آغازگری توجه مشترک کودک اوتیسم افزایش‌یافته است به‌طوری‌که در آخرین جلسه بازی‌درمانی کودک محور آغازگری توجه مشترک به حالات متوسط 50% برای آزمونگر و 50% برای کودک اوتیسم نزدیک شده است.</span></span> <b><span lang="AR-SA" style="line-height:109%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></b><span lang="AR-SA" style="line-height:109%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> بر این اساس می‌توان نتیجه گرفت بازی‌درمانی کودک محور آغازگری توجه مشترک را در کودکان طیف اوتیسم افزایش می‌دهد و ادامه توجه مشرک را بهبود می‌بخشد.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="color:black"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:6.0pt"><span style="font-family:"B Nazanin""></span></span></b></span></span></span></span></span> <span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="color:black"><span style="font-weight:bold">Purpose:<span style="font-weight:normal"> The present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the effectiveness of child-centered play therapy on the joint attention of children with autism. For this purpose, the experimental method with pre-test and post-test of one group was used.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="color:black"><span style="font-weight:bold">Materials and methods:<span style="font-weight:normal"> The statistical population included a number of 7-9 year old children with autism spectrum disorder in Semnan city in the academic year of 2021-2022. After choosing the desired school, 13 students who met the research criteria were selected as a sample. Before and after the intervention, the students were tested to evaluate the effectiveness of play therapy. To measure shared attention, the work of recording the categories of shared attention between the examiner and the child was used. Also, in this research, the intelligence score of these children was investigated. The range of the general intelligence score in the four revised Wechsler intelligence test was from 89 to 101, and the mean and standard deviation of their general intelligence was 95.54 &plusmn; 3.77.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="color:black"><span style="font-weight:bold">Results<span style="font-weight:normal">: The findings of this research, using the paired t statistical method, show that by implementing child-centered play therapy for autistic children in the final sessions of play therapy, the ratio of initiation of joint attention of the examiner (performer of child-centered play therapy) has decreased and the initiation of joint attention of autistic children has increased.
