fa بررسی مشکلات عمده در مصاحبۀ بالینی با کودکان کم توان ذهنی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p><strong><span dir="RTL">هدف</span></strong><span dir="RTL">: دراین مقاله، فرایند مصاحبۀ بالینی با کودکان کم‌توان ذهنی مورد بررسی قرار خواهد گرفت. <strong>روش</strong>: به منظور دستیابی به این هدف، ابتدا مشکلات عمده مصاحبۀ بالینی با کودکان کم توان ذهنی و همچنین مراحل مصاحبۀ بالینی با آنها مطرح شده است. در این مقاله ضمن تبیین آن دسته از فنون ارتباطی که تسهیل کننده ارتباط میان مصاحبه&shy;گر و کودک کم توان ذهنی هستند، تلاش شده است تا شیوه&shy;های مشاهدۀ مستقیم و غیرمستقیم کودکان در جریان مصاحبه و ابزارهای کارآمد مورد نیاز معرفی گردند. در پایان، اصول اساسی مصاحبۀ بالینی با کودکان کم توان ذهنی و کاربرد&shy;های آن مطرح گشته است&shy;. <strong>یافته&shy;‌ها و نتیجه گیری</strong>: وجود مشکلات روان&shy;شناختی و رفتاری در کودکان و نوجوانان کم توان ذهنی به گونه و به حدی است که زمینۀ شکل&shy;گیری یک مصاحبۀ بالینی کامل و متناسب با استانداردهای مختلف را ضروری می&shy;سازد. بر این اساس، مصاحبه&shy;گر بالینی زمانی که با کودک کم توان ذهنی مواجه می&shy;شود، خود را به لحاظ روان&shy;شناختی آماده ساخته و از ابزارهای پیشرفته جهت مصاحبه، مشاهده و یا حتی جمع آوری اطلاعات و جمع&shy;بندی آنها بهره کافی را می&shy;برد. </span></p> <p><strong>Purpose</strong>: In this article, the process of clinical interview with mentally retarded children will be investigated. <strong>Method </strong>: To get the purpose, the main problems in clinical interview with mentally retarded children and its stages are presented. In this paper, the communicative methods which facilitate the relation between the interviewer and the mentally retarded children will be discussed and the methods of direct an indirect obsrervation used in interview and the relavant instruments will be introduced. &nbsp;At the end, the principles of interviewing with the mentally retarded children and its usages are expressed. <strong>Findings and Conclusions</strong>: Behavioral and psychological problems in mentally retarded children nececciates a standardized interview. Therefore faced with mentally retarded children, the interviewer should be prepared psychologically.
