fa بررسی شیوع ناهنجاری‌های ستون فقرات و ارتباط آن با عادت استراحتی از لحاظ ویژگی‌های آنتروپومتریکی و ارگونومیکی کودکان کم توان ذهنی آموزش پذیر استان کردستان تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL"><strong>هدف:</strong> هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی میزان شیوع ناهنجاری&shy;های ستون فقرات و ارتباط آن با عادت استراحتی از لحاظ ویژگی&shy;های آنتروپومتریکی و ارگونومیکی کودکان کم توان ذهنی آموزش پذیر استان کردستان بود. <strong>روش:</strong> جامعه آماری، همه 440 کودک 17-11 سال کم توان ذهنی آموزش پذیر &nbsp;استان کردستان بود. بر اساس جدول مورگان 205 نفر به طور تصادفی- خوشه&shy;ای برای نمونه تحقیق انتخاب شدند. اطلاعات مورد نیاز از طریق پرسشنامه و معاینه بالینی بدست آمد. برای تجربه و تحلیل اطلاعات جمع&shy;آوری شده از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی از جمله مجذور کای با بهره&shy;گیری از نرم افزار<span dir="LTR">SPSS </span>&nbsp;استفاده شد. <strong>یافته&shy;ها : </strong>یافته&shy;های پژوهش نشان داد که در بین نمونه&shy;ها میزان شیوع لوردوز 65%، کیفوز13%، اسکولیوز 4% و پشت صاف 6 % می&shy;باشد. بین ناهنجاری&shy;های ستون فقرات با قد، وزن، شاخص توده بدن، نوع تشک و بالش مورد استفاده و همچنین بین کیفوز با خوابیدن به روی شکم، بین اسکولیوز و خوابیدن بر روی پهلو، و پشت صاف با خوابیدن بر پشت ارتباط معناداری وجود ندارد. اما بین لوردوز و خوابیدن بر روی شکم ارتباط معناداری وجود دارد.<strong> نتیجه&shy;گیری: </strong>کودکان کم توان ذهنی نابهنجاری&shy;های ستون فقرات قابل ملاحظه&shy;ای دارند که مستلزم مداخلات مختلف است.</p> <p><strong>Objective:</strong> The purpose of this research was to study outbreak of Spinal column abnormalities & its relationship with rest habit with respect to anthropometric & ergonometric properties of educable Mentally Retarded children of Kurdistan province. <strong>Method:</strong> Statistical population of the present research were all 440 mentally retarded children aged between 11-17 years in Kurdistan Province. According to Moregan table, 205 children were selected by random-cluster method as research sample. The information was collected through questionnaires and clinical examination. In order to analyze the information some descriptive and inferential statistics including Chi- square and SPSS software was used. <strong>Results:</strong> Research findings show the following outbreaks: lordosis 65%, kyphosis 13%, scolosis 4% and flat back 6% among samples. There was no significant difference between abnormality of spinal column with height, weight, BMI, type of mattress and pillow and also and kyphosis with sleeping on belly, scolosis and sleeping to sides, flat back and sleeping on back.
