fa نقش واسطه‌ای پذیرش کودک کم‌توان ذهنی در رابطه میان حمایت خانواده و مسئولیت‌پذیری اجتماعی کودک The mediating role of child acceptance in the relationship between family support and social responsibility in children with intellectual disability تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research زمینه و هدف: کم‌توانی ذهنی، میتواند بر ساختار خانواده اثر سوء داشته باشد و به دلیل ایجاد تنشهای روانی، اجتماعی و اقتصادی بر والدین، منجر به فروپاشی نظام خانواده گردد. این پژوهش باهدف بررسی نقش واسطه‌ای پذیرش کودک کم‌توان ذهنی در رابطه میان حمایت خانواده و مسئولیت‌پذیری اجتماعی کودک انجام شد. روش: پژوهش  حاضر از نوع همبستگی و معادلات ساختاری بود که در بین مادران دارای کودک کم‌توان ذهنی ساکن شهر اصفهان انجام شد. از میان جامعه مورد پژوهش با توجه به محدودیت‌های دسترسی به نمونه ، 200 نفر به صورت نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزار مورد استفاده شامل پرسشنامه  مقیاس حمایت از خانواده (دانست و همکاران، 1984)، پذیرش کودک کم‌توان ذهنی (ران.هو و جین، 2014)، مقیاس مسئولیت‌پذیری اجتماعی دوکو و همکاران (2013) بود. داده‌ها با تحلیل همبستگی و معادلات ساختاری تحلیل شد. یافتهها: یافته‌های پژوهش حاضر نشان داد که حمایت از خانواده در ارتباط مستقیم و مثبت با پذیرش کودک کم‌توان ذهنی است و پذیرش کودک از طرف والدین ارتباط مثبت با مسئولیتپذیری در کودک دارد. با این وجود، بررسی روابط غیرمستقیم نشان داد که حمایت از خانواده از طریق پذیرش کودک با مسئولیتپذیری در کودک در ارتباط است  (01/0>p). نتیجهگیری: با توجه به یافته‌ها می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که هر چقدر از خانواده دارای فرزند کم‌توان ذهنی در حوزههای مختلف به صورت واقعی حمایت شود، روحیهی آنها افزایش خواهد یافت و کودک مبتلا به کم‌توانی ذهنی، مورد پذیرش قرار خواهد گرفت و در نتیجه باعث بهبودی مسئولیتپذیری در کودک نیز می‌شود. objective: Intellectual disability can have a negative effect on family structure and lead to a destruction in family system due to psychological, social and economic stress on parents. The aim of this study was to investigate the mediating role of child acceptance in the relationship between family support and social responsibility in children with intellectual disability. Methods: This is a correlational study which the structural equation analysis; among mothers with intellectual disabled children living in Isfahan, due to limited access to the samples, 200 mothers were selected using available sampling method. The data gathered using the Family Support Scale, the Admission of intellectual disabled Children and Social Responsibility Scale and then analyzed by correlation analysis and structural equations using SMART_PLS software. Results: The findings showed that family support is directly and positively related to the acceptance of child and the child acceptance is positively related to social responsibility in child. However, the indirect relationships showed that family support through child acceptance is related to responsibility in child (p <0.01).
