fa پردازش معنایی واژه‌های گفتاری و نوشتاری در نوجوانان مبتلا به فلج مغزی: شواهدی از آزمون انطباق واژه با تصویر پالپا Semantic Processing Survey of Spoken and Written Words in Adolescents with Cerebral Palsy: Evidence from PALPA Word-Picture Matching Test تخصصي Special كاربردي Applicable هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر ارزیابی پردازش معنایی واژه‌های گفتاری و نوشتاری در نوجوانان فارسی‌زبان مبتلا به فلج مغزی و مقایسه آن با نوجوانان سالم بود. روش: پژوهش حاضر، از نوع کمی و از نظر روش تجربی است. جامعه آماری متشکل از 60 نوجوان مبتلا به فلج مغزی و سالم ساکن شهر تهران بود. گروه آزمایش شامل30 نوجوان مبتلا به فلج مغزی 10-15 ساله (17 دختر و 13 پسر) بود که به روش نمونه‌گیری در‌دسترس انتخاب شدند. عارضه همه آنها از نوع انقباظی بود. برای گروه کنترل، 30 نوجوانان سالم براساس با جنسیت، سن و تحصیلات نوجوانان مبتلا به فلج مغزی انتخاب شد. برای ارزیابی توانایی‌های واژگانی آزمونی‌های پژوهش از آزمون‌های (47) و (48) انطباق واژه‌های گفتاری و نوشتاری با تصویر استفاده شد. آزمون‌ها با فاصله یک هفته‌ای روی آزمودنی‌ها اجرا شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که توانایی نوجوانان مبتلا به فلج مغزی در پردازش معنایی واژه‌های گفتاری و واژه‌های نوشتاری به‌طور معناداری نسبت به نوجوانان سالم ضعیف‌تر است. همچنین، الگوی رشد درک واژه‌های گفتاری و نوشتاری نوجوانان مبتلا به فلج مغزی نسبت به نوجوانان سالم دچار تأخیر است. نتیجه‌گیری: تحلیل یافته‌های پژوهش مشخص کرد، اختلال در شبکه واژگانی و اختلال ادراکی نوجوانان مبتلا به فلج مغزی عامل ضعف در پردازش معنایی واژه‌های گفتاری و نوشتاری آنها است. هر‌چند که اختلال ادراکی آنها به‌مراتب بیشتر اختلال در شبکه واژگانی است. Objective: The present study aimed to assess the semantic processing of spoken and written words in Persian-speaking adolescents with cerebral palsy comparing to healthy adolescents. Method: The research is quantitative in terms of type, and experimental in terms of method. The statistical population consisted of 30 healthy adolescents and 30 adolescents with cerebral palsy living in Tehran City, Iran. The examination group included 17 girls and 13 boys (aged 10-15 years) who were selected by convenience sampling method. All of them were spastic. Spoken and written word-picture matching tests (47) and (48) were used. For the control group, 30 healthy adolescents were selected according to the gender, age and education of adolescents with cerebral palsy to assess the subjects’ vocabulary abilities. The tests were performed on the subjects one week apart. Results: The ability of adolescents with cerebral palsy in semantic processing of spoken and written words was significantly weaker than that of the healthy adolescents. Furthermore, the development of spoken and written word patterns in the adolescents with cerebral palsy was delayed comparing to the healthy adolescents.
