fa مطالعه مروری: تکانشگری در کودکان؛ تعاریف، علل و نظریه‌ها تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">هدف</span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">: تکانشگری، یک عامل تعیین‌کننده مهم در تفاوت‌های شخصیتی، ویژگی تشخیصی در اختلال‌های روانشناختی و عامل اساسی و تأثیرگذار در بروز رفتارهای خطرناک است. دوران کودکی مهم‌ترین دوره‌ای است که در آن بیشتر ریشه‌های اساسی رفتار شکل می‌گیرد و تا بزرگسالی ادامه پیدا می‌کند. دستیابی به یک تعریف دقیق و یکپارچه از تکانشگری بر‌اساس علت‌های بالقوه از جنبه‌های مختلف، اولین قدم در یافتن راه‌حل محسوب می‌شود. این مطالعه بررسی مهم‌ترین مباحث مربوط به تکانشگری در کودکان است. این مباحث شامل علت‌ها، تعاریف مختلف و تئوری‌های مطرح در تکانشگری است. <b>روش</b>: تمام مقاله‌های</span></span> <span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">در‌دسترس مربوط به تکانشگری در کودکان به زبان انگلیسی یا فارسی که تا مارس 2020 در پایگاه های الکترونیکی مانند </span></span><span dir="LTR" lang="EN-GB" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Web of Science</span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">،</span></span><span dir="LTR" lang="EN-GB" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Scopus </span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">، </span></span><span dir="LTR" lang="EN-GB" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">PubMed</span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> و </span></span><span dir="LTR" lang="EN-GB" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">OT seeker</span></span> <span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">منتشر شده بودند، بررسی شده است. <b>یافته‌ها</b>: از 65 مقاله استخراج‌شده، 21 مقاله با معیارهای ورود و معیارهای خروج منطبق شدند. براساس </span></span><span dir="LTR" lang="EN-GB" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">CEBM</span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> (مرکز پزشکی مبتنی بر شواهد)، کیفیت مقاله‌های مطالعه‌شده، متوسط روبه خوب بود. بعلاوه، مقاله‌ها براساس با معیارهای </span></span><span dir="LTR" lang="EN-GB" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">PEDro</span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> متوسط بود</span></span></span></span></span></span></span><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">ند.</span></span> <b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">نتیجه‌گیری</span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">: با توجه به نتایج، به نظر می‌رسد نقص در برنامه‌ریزی، نقص در توجه به عواقب آینده و سرعت عمل بالا در پاسخ به محرک‌های بیرونی و داخلی از دلایل مهم تکانشگری است</span></span><span dir="LTR" lang="EN-GB" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:90%"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><b><span lang="EN-GB" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:90%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">objective</span></span></span></b><span lang="EN-GB" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:90%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">: Impulsivity is an important determinant of personality differences, diagnostic character in psychological disorders, and basic and influential factor in the occurrence of dangerous behaviors. Childhood is the most important period in which the majority of underlying roots of behavior are shaped and continued to adultness. Achieving a thorough and unanimous definition based on potential causes from various aspects is considered as the first step in finding solution.&nbsp;The purpose of this study is to survey the most crucial controversies about impulsivity, especially in children, including the causes, different definitions, and related theories. <b>Method</b>: All available full-text articles on impulsivity in children in English or Persian, published on March 2020 in electronic databases, including Web of Science (WoS), Scopus, PubMed, and OT Seeker were studied. <b>Results</b>: Out of the reviewed 65 articles, 21 met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. According to CEBM (the Center for Evidence-Based Medicine), the quality of the studied articles was medium-to-good.
