fa اثربخشی تحریک الکتریکی مغزی بر حافظه کاری دیداری - شنیداری و توجه در دانش‌آموزان پسر با اختلال نارسانویسی The Effect of Transcranial Direct Current Stimulation (tDCS) on Visual-Auditory Working Memory and Attention in Students with Dysgraphia تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research هدف: نارسانویسی، یکی از مشکلات عصب روانشناختی است که منجر به افت تحصیل، اختلال در یادگیری و همچنین مشکلات روانشناختی در دانش‌آموزان می شود. این پژوهش به‌منظور بررسی اثربخشی تحریک الکتریکی مغزی بر حافظه کاری دیداری- شنیداری و توجه در دانش‌آموزان نارسانویس دوره ابتدایی انجام شده است. روش: در این مطالعه از روش آزمایشی پیش‌آزمون پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل استفاده شد. با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند، 24 دانش‌آموز (7-12 ساله) مبتلا به نارسانویسی که به‌وسیله روانشناس و روانپزشک تأیید شده و سپس با مصاحبه بالینی بر‌اساس ملاک‌های تشخیصی DSM-V مبتلا به نارسانویسی تشخیص داده شده بودند، انتخاب شدند. سپس این تعداد به‌صورت تصادفی به دو گروه آزمایشی و کنترل تقسیم شدند. آن‌گاه قبل و بعد از درمان به‌وسیله آزمون ان بک، آزمون نقص توجه کانرز و آزمون دیکته محقق ساخته ارزیابی شدند. گروه مداخله 15 جلسه به‌صورت یک روز در میان با شدت 5/1 میلی‌آمپر به مدت 20 دقیقه در ناحیه DLPFC تحت درمان تحریک الکتریکی مغزی قرار گرفتند. یافته‌ها: تحلیل داده‌های پژوهش به کمک شاخص‌های مرکزی، میانگین و انحراف معیار و به‌کارگیری واریانس و همچنین با تحلیل کوواریانس نشان داد که میان ویژگی‌های کودکانی که تحت درمان تحریک الکتریکی مغزی (tDCS) و کودکان گروه گواه تفاوت معناداری در حافظه کاری دیداری-شنیداری و توجه وجود دارد (05/0p≤). نتیجه‌گیری: تحریک آنُدی ناحیه پیش‌پیشانی خلفی- جانبی موجب بهبود توجه و حافظه کاری دیداری- شنیداری در عملکرد دیکته دانش‌آموزان نارسانویس شد.   Objective: Dysgraphia is one of the psychoneurological problems that leads to academic failure, learning disabilities and also psychological problems in students In this purpose we evaluate the effect of transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) on the visual-auditory working memory and attention in elementary students with Dysgraphia. Method: In this study, the experimental method of pretest-posttest with the control group was used. The statistical population includes all male students of primary school in learning disorders in Saqqez city in 2020. A sample of 24 students (7 to 12 year old) was selected through a targeted sampling method that confirmed by a psychologist and psychiatrist and then with a clinical interview based on diagnostic criteria DSM-V were diagnosed with dysgraphia based on diagnostic criteria. The subjects were randomly divided into experimental and control groups, then the tests were performed before and after treatment by the n-back test and the researcher-made dictation test was evaluated, the intervention group consisted of 15 sessions of one-day, 1.5mA for 20 minutes in the DLPFC area under the treatment of transcranial direct current stimulation. Data were analyzed using SPSS 20 software, using covariance analysis. Results: Analysis of research data using central indicators, mean and standard deviation and variance, as well as covariance analysis, showed that there was a significant difference in visual auditory working memory and attention between the characteristics of children undergoing transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) and control group children.
