fa اثر روش درمانی پاسخ‌محور مبتنی بر والدین در بهبود کودکان دارای اتیسم تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span dir="RTL">هدف</span></strong><span dir="RTL">: این پژوهش به منظور بررسی اثر روش</span> <span dir="RTL">‌درمانی پاسخ‌محور مبتنی بر والدین در بهبود &nbsp;کودکان دارای اتیسم صورت گرفت. <strong>روش</strong>: جامعه آماری شامل کلیه کودکان دارای اتیسم مرکز آموزش و توان‌بخشی شهر تهران بود. از بین کودکان واجد شرایط با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس 20 نفر به همراه والدینشان به عنوان نمونه مورد پژوهش انتخاب شدند و به‌طور تصادفی در دو گروه کنترل و آزمایش جای داده شدند. طرح پژوهش، طرح پیش‌آزمون- پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل و پیگیری بود. به گروه آزمایش روش درمانی پاسخ‌محور، در طول سه ماه آموزش داده شد</span>.<span dir="RTL"> در این پژوهش از</span> <span dir="RTL">مقیاس درجه‌بندی کودکی اتیسم (CARS) و چک لیست ارزیابی درمان اتیسم (ATEC) به عنوان ابزاری جهت سنجش بهبودی کودکان استفاده شد. <strong>یافته‌ها</strong>: نتایج نشان داد که روش درمانی پاسخ‌محور مبتنی بر والدین در سطح P<0/05 در کاهش علائم اتیسم مؤثر بوده است؛ همچنین روش درمانی پاسخ‌محور مبتنی بر والدین در بهبود ارتباط،گفتار و زبان و اجتماعی شدن کودکان دارای اتیسم در سطح P<0/05 مؤثر بوده است. البته این روش در آگاهی حسی/ شناختی و بهداشت جسمی/ رفتاری کودکان تأثیر معنا‌داری نداشت. </span><strong><span dir="RTL">نتیجه‌گیری</span></strong><span dir="RTL">: با توجه به مزایای مداخله والدین در درمان و همین‌طور اهمیت افزایش تعداد ساعات درمانی کودکان دارای اتیسم</span><span dir="RTL">، پیشنهاد می‌شود این روش درمانی در کنار روشهای مرسوم در زمینه اتیسم به والدین به خصوص مادران آموزش داده </span><span dir="RTL">شود.</span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Objective</strong>: The study designed to evaluate the effectiveness of parent-based Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT) on improvement of children with autism. <strong>Methods</strong>: Twenty children with their parents were recruited through available sampling and randomly assigned to two control and experimental groups. Research design was pretest- post-test design with control group and follow-up. The experimental group was trained in PRT during three months. Childhood Autism Rating Scale (CARS) and Autism Treatment Evaluation Checklist (ATEC) were used as instruments for measuring improvement of children&rsquo;s autistic features. <strong>Results</strong>: Results showed that PRT was significantly effective in decreasing symptoms of autism.
