fa واکاوی دیدگاه معلمان پیرامون مدارس دانش‌آموزان با نیازهای ویژه؛ به‌منظور ارائه پیشنهادهای سیاستی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">هدف: </span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">این پژوهش با هدف واکاوی دیدگاه معلمان پیرامون مدارس دانش‌آموزان با نیازهای ویژه؛ به‌منظور ارائه پیشنهادهای سیاستی انجام شد. <b>روش: </b>پژوهش حاضر در چارچوب رویکرد کیفی و با هدف واکاوی دیدگاه معلمان مدارس دانش‌آموزان با نیازهای ویژه در‌خصوص ویژگی‌ها و مسائل مرتبط با شرایط حاکم بر مدارس استان آذربایجان شرقی انجام شده است. داده‌ها با مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختارمند از 16 نفر از معلمان در سطح استان آذربایجان شرقی با شیوه نمونه‌گیری هدفمند از نوع ملاکی گردآوری‌شده و با روش تحلیل مضمونی تحلیل شده‌اند. <b>یافته‌ها:</b> یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که دیدگاه معلمان مدارس دانش‌آموزان با نیازهای ویژه در چهار مضمون اصلی و 18 مضمون فرعی دسته‌بندی می‌شود. مضامین اصلی شامل ویژگی‌ها و مسائل مرتبط با معلمان مدارس دانش‌آموزان با نیازهای ویژه، ویژگی‌ها و مسائل مرتبط با ویژگی‌های دانش‌آموزان با نیازهای ویژه، محدودیت‌های آموزشی و مسائل فرهنگی </span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">&ndash;</span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> اجتماعی است. مضامین فرعی نیز در متن مقاله به‌طور تفصیلی توضیح داده شده است. <b>نتیجه‌گیری:</b> بر‌اساس یافته‌های پژوهش، اقدام‌های انجام‌شده در حوزه سیاست‌های کلی آموزش ‌و پرورش به‌خوبی پیش نرفته است و پیشبرد مسائل در این زمینه اهتمام جدی مسئولان را می‌طلبد.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Objective: </span></span></b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">The purpose of this study was to analyzing the Teachers&#39; Views on Schools Student with Special Needs in Order to Provide Policy Advice. <b>Method: </b><span style="color:black">The present study was conducted using a qualitative approach with the aim of analyzing the views of school teachers teaching special need Students in East Azerbaijan Province. Data were collected by semi-structured interviews from 16 teachers by targeted sampling method and analyzed by thematic analysis method.<b> Results</b>: The research findings indicated that the views of school teachers on students with special needs can be categorized into four main themes and 18 sub-themes. The main</span> topics include issues related to school teachers, students with special needs, characteristics of students with special needs, educational constraints, and socio-cultural issues.
