fa اثربخشی آموزش‌های مدیریت خشم و فرزندپروری بر بازداری پاسخ دانش‌آموزان با اختلال نافرمانی مقابله‌ای تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-family:&quot;B Nazanin&quot;">هدف:</span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-family:&quot;B Nazanin&quot;"> پژوهش‌ حاضر با ‌هدف مقایسه اثر‌بخشی آموزش‌های مدیریت</span> <span lang="FA" style="font-family:&quot;B Nazanin&quot;">‌خشم و فرزند‌پروری بر بازداری پاسخ در دانش‌آموزان مبتلا به اختلال نافرمانی مقابله ای انجام ‌شد. <b>روش:</b> این پژوهش نیمه‌آزمایشی از نوع طرح پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش تمامی دانش‌آموزان پسر پایه‌های پنجم و ششم ابتدایی با اختلال نافرمانی مقابله ای منطقه 9 آموزش‌وپرورش شهر تهران در سال تحصیلی 1398-1399 بودند که تعداد 45 نفر بر‌حسب شرایط ورود و خروج و نمونه‌گیری هدفمند به‌عنوان نمونه مطالعه‌شده انتخاب شدند و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و یک گروه کنترل قرار گرفتند. ابزارهای استفاده‌شده در پژوهش حاضر شامل مقیاس درجه‌‌بندی اختلال نافرمانی مقابله‌ای در کودکان، مصاحبه بالینی ساختار‌یافته و آزمون رنگ واژه استروپ برای سنجش بازداری پاسخ بودند. <b>یافته‌ها:</b> نتایج نشان داد گروه دریافت‌کننده برنامه‌های آموزشی مدیریت خشم و فرزند‌پروری در بازداری پاسخ دانش‌آموزان با اختلال نافرمانی مقابله ای نسبت به گروه کنترل اثربخشی بیشتری دارد (5/0></span>P<span lang="FA" style="font-family:&quot;B Nazanin&quot;">). همچنین آموزش مدیریت خشم و فرزند‌پروری در بازداری پاسخ دانش‌آموزان با اختلال نافرمانی مقابله‌ای تأثیر یکسانی دارد (5/0></span>P<span lang="FA" style="font-family:&quot;B Nazanin&quot;">). <b>نتیجه‌گیری:</b> بنابراین آموزش مدیریت خشم و فرزند‌پروری می‌تواند به‌عنوان روش‌های مداخله‌ای برای بهبود بازداری پاسخ در دانش‌آموزان با اختلال نافرمانی مقابله‌ای استفاده شود.&nbsp; </span></span></span></span></span> <span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif"><b>Objective: </b>The aim of this study was to compare the effectiveness of anger management and parenting training on response inhibition in students with Oppositional/Confrontational Defiant Disorder (ODD/FDD). <b>Method:</b> This research was a quasi-experimental study of pre-test and post-test design with a control group. The statistical population included all male students with ODD/FDD in Tehran in 2020. Overall 45 people were selected as a sample according to the entry and exit criteria through voluntary and available sampling and assigned into two experimental groups and one control group. The instruments used in the present study included a grading scale for ODD/FDD in children and to inhibit the response of the Stroop word color test. <b>Results:</b> Anger management and parenting training showed more effectiveness on response inhibition in the case comparing to the control group (P <0.5).
